So, while we don’t offer direct returns or exchanges, we are happy to address damages and shipping errors so you can be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges
In-Store Purchases: If you purchase a FlipFloss product from a retail store, you should refer to that store’s return policies and contact them directly for specific information.
FlipFloss.com Purchases: Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer returns or exchanges for FlipFloss.com purchases. This includes featured specials, outlet items and discontinued items. Please also note that we assemble pre-packaged gifts and kits individually, so they may vary slightly.
Reselling Products: It’s important to note that FlipFloss customers are not authorized to resell products in online markets or on auction sites. We, therefore, cannot endorse the quality or accuracy of any products purchased from such vendors.
When you receive your items, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the box to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at info@FlipFloss.com
To help resolve the issue, we’ll need your order number, email address, shipping address, and phone number. Please be sure to retain the shipping box, packing materials, and damaged items in case we need to provide them to the carrier as proof of damage during transit.
We want to make sure you receive exactly what you ordered, so if you receive an incorrect item, we’ll work to correct the error as quickly as possible. Please contact us right away.
